Mukta is a kua-tin administrator who temporarily takes over Carl and Princess Donut's outreach contact after Zev is put in a time-out. He introduces himself shortly before their scheduled media transport and tells them he is Zev's substitute. By Book 7, Zev tells Carl that one of Lucia Mar's dogs ate Mukta during the earlier period when Lucia still had two dogs.
