Miriam Dom

Miriam Dom is a human Shepherd, later vampire, and the adoptive mother and party leader of Prepotente and Bianca. Known as the goat lady, she combines a gentle Italian accent with strong battlefield control and a legendary knockout spell. Miriam sacrifices herself to save Prepotente on the Sixth Floor, and her death cures the vampirism linked to her condition. Miriam is a dark-haired woman around forty who carries a shepherd's crook and manages two goatlike companions. Prepotente is an intelligent crawler whom she treats as a son, while Bianca is their powerful familiar. Miriam's calm manner often checks Prepotente's anger without diminishing his agency. Her class supplies control and support abilities, most notably a Cloud of Exhaust style spell that knocks out even high-level targets and increases later damage. Miriam and Prepotente stack debuffs to defeat enemies far above their apparent level, becoming one of the season's most technically efficient teams. After Prepotente panics during Miriam's media absence, she searches for him and is cursed into a vampire. The change is especially cruel because she was vegan. Club Vanquisher revokes her membership, Prepotente retaliates, and the party becomes subject to a Holy Crusade bounty. Miriam continues caring for Pony while controlling vampire effects. She and Prepotente complete elite encounters and aid other crawlers. Her infection spreads consequences through forest creatures and allied crawlers, though she resists reducing others to disposable food or servants. Miriam dies protecting Prepotente. Her death cures connected vampires, including Li Jun, but leaves uncontrolled undead creatures behind. Prepotente's screams become one of Carl's defining memories. Pony carries her lessons, grief, and memorial importance through every later floor.
