Queen Imogen

Queen Imogen is the high elf monarch, a Country Boss, and the principal target of Signet's Vengeance of the Daughter storyline. She hosts the Butcher's Masquerade in the high elf castle and uses the body of deceased crawler Ifechi as her physical template. Signet sacrifices herself to kill Imogen during the climax of the Sixth Floor. Imogen styles herself the Queen of All That Is and the Queen of All That Will Be, the One and Only True Blood. Her court worships Apito and promotes high elf purity while treating changelings and other peoples as inferior. The claimed ideal of harmony is enforced through racial hierarchy, violence, and tribute. When Imogen first appears directly, Carl recognizes the body and voice of Ifechi, an Earth crawler who died earlier. The system's use of a dead contestant as a country boss demonstrates how biological material and recognizable identities are recycled into later content. Imogen's memories and role remain those of the scripted queen rather than Ifechi restored. Signet identifies Imogen as a half-sister and as a central participant in the destruction of her mother and royal line. The secondary program builds toward Signet reclaiming her crown, but Carl realizes the official Masquerade production will not allow an elite side story to eliminate its planned country boss early. Imogen hosts hunters and top crawlers under a formal peace enforced inside the ballroom. The event includes a talent show, pet competition, hidden traps, and a planned transition into a mass boss confrontation. Ferdinand serves as Imogen's pet and further antagonizes Donut. Signet ultimately completes her revenge by sacrificing herself in the attack that kills Imogen. The fight involves snares, moths, allies, and simultaneous hunter conflict. Imogen drops a persistent Treasure Map and a memorial crystal. Osvaldo takes the crystal, linking the death to Carl and Prepotente's later divine quests.
