The Full-Series Character Index is a spoiler-inclusive directory of named crawlers, NPCs, former crawlers, administrators, gods, sponsors, animals, bosses, and off-world political figures appearing through A Parade of Horribles. It organizes identities by role and continuity while linking alternate names, transformed bodies, avatars, and represented forms. The index is intended for readers who need to move from a name to a biography, floor, faction, or relationship hub. It includes major and minor figures but does not treat every mob label as an individual character. Species pages, unnamed crowds, and purely mechanical items belong in their own indexes. Carl and Princess Donut anchor the Earth season. Katia, Imani, Elle, Florin, Prepotente, Lucia Mar, Bautista, Li Na, Li Jun, Louis, Chris, and other recurring crawlers form the principal allied and rival networks. Entries should record party changes, floor-specific builds, relationships, and latest confirmed status. Mordecai, Juice Box, Zev, Signet, Bomo, Sledge, Bonnie, Kiwi, Big Tina, Jamal, the strippers, and the Faction Wars armies demonstrate that NPC is an employment or system category rather than evidence of non-personhood. Awakened status, recycled roles, storage memories, and later transfers require careful continuity notes. Rosetta Thagra, Tipid, Milk, Herot, Porthus, Drakea, and other Cookbook authors connect Earth to prior seasons. Some appear directly, while others survive through annotations, equipment, or plans. The index distinguishes historic authors from living participants and from identities later reused by production. Apito, Emberus, Hellik, Eris, Grull, Nekhebit, Eileithyia, Yemaya, Khepri, and other deities require separate fields for god, sponsor, driver, champion, and retainer. Nami is not Eris, Odette is not Nekhebit, and a T'Ghee totem is not automatically the original divine person. Mongo, Kiwi, Cici, Gustavo-3, Bianca, Orthrus, Rend, Robot Donut, Krakaren clones, and named bosses may function as characters without sharing one ontological category. The index marks origin, bond, template status, and whether a later copy is distinct from the original. Death requires a system notice, observed fatal event, or reliable later confirmation. Disappearance, transfer to Sheol, removal from the playing field, and storage are recorded separately. Every entry links to the first major appearance and the latest confirmed continuity point rather than guessing an unseen outcome.
