Warlord Fang, introduced as Warlord Fangs, is the Reavers' representative in the Ninth Floor warlord council. He appears as a vibrating square-headed robot, speaks with a synthetic voice, and represents a cybernetic civilization based largely on a Dyson sphere. His individual fate is not established by the death of an unrelated crawler also named Fang. Fang introduces himself at the warlord meeting as Warlord Fangs of the Reavers. Later references shorten or normalize the name to Fang. The variation should be recorded rather than split into two characters. Donut immediately asks whether he is a robot vampire or werewolf robot. The exchange establishes his conspicuously mechanical presentation but provides no evidence for either joke classification. Fang's meeting form resembles an old-fashioned square-headed robot that vibrates like a diesel engine. Carl understands the presentation to have been selected for his benefit. Reavers can alter their appearance and often resemble plastic-skinned androids. The Reavers descend from several biological peoples who replaced nearly all of their bodies with machinery and retained their brains. Their history is related to, but distinct from, the Nebulars. Fang is therefore a cyborg person rather than an artificial intelligence or ordinary dungeon automaton. The Reavers are both a megacorporation and a system government. Much of their population lives on a Dyson sphere, a structure surrounding a star. Their industrial scale gives threats made outside the dungeon economic and political weight. Their entry into Faction Wars is not purely ceremonial. They have won the prize in multiple seasons and possess both institutional experience and advanced military technology. The Reavers often ally with the Skull Empire's orcs, help eliminate other teams, and then fight their former partners for the final prize. An early betrayal in the preceding season makes renewal of that pattern uncertain during the Earth season. Fang participates in the warlord council through which representatives debate rules and audience-voted action items. The Reavers later attempt to abandon Faction Wars when the AI destabilizes the sponsor plan, but offboarding is denied under the Earth system quarantine. As the Ninth Floor crisis deepens, the Reavers threaten to halt production unless their personnel are evacuated. The threat parallels pressure from the Dream and demonstrates that sponsor factions expect their economic power to override dungeon outcomes. The AI and Syndicate quarantine prevent a clean withdrawal. Fang's position therefore shifts from confident representative of a repeat champion to participant trapped in the same rules his faction expected to control. The latest evidence confirms Fang's activity during Faction Wars but does not provide an explicit personal death notice in the core scenes attached to his name. The separate human crawler called Fang, whose team is killed by Lucia Mar during the Battle of Beijing, is not Warlord Fang. Likewise, damage to Reaver forces or their castle does not automatically prove the representative's death because faction participants can operate through remote bodies, special protections, and regeneration rules. The cautious classification is active during the Ninth Floor with later personal status unconfirmed.
