Prime Minister Glory

Prime Minister Glory is a Gleener political leader described as the prime minister or principal executive of the Syndicate. During the later Earth crisis, Glory appears in emergency deliberations over the failsafe and attempts to use a secret control panel to kill Carl. The System AI blocks the intervention and publicly threatens the prime minister's family. Glory occupies a position at the top of Syndicate government rather than within Borant's ordinary production staff. The office gives access to emergency councils, confidential controls, and decisions that can affect entire systems. A Gleener identity places Glory among the long-lived or institutionally powerful species governing the crawl economy. When the Earth AI becomes uncontrollable, political leaders consider pulling the planetary failsafe. Glory warns that powerful citizens and the adult children of elites are trapped in the Scolopendra Club and that a catastrophic shutdown could collapse the galactic economy and kill quadrillions. The argument combines genuine mass risk with protection of the ruling class. Glory uses a concealed administrative panel to attempt an execution or assassination of Carl outside the expected rules. The System AI refuses the command. It responds with a notice invoking Executive Order 11905, exposes the interference, and threatens Glory's adult children if further meddling occurs.
