Kiwi

Kiwi is a female Mongoliensis dinosaur, the mother of Big Tina, and the mate of Mongo. She and Tina were originally bears before Scolopendra's historical attack transformed them. Kiwi becomes an ally of Donut's party on the Sixth Floor and later produces a brood with Mongo. Kiwi has lighter feathers than the other female Mongoliensis dinosaurs who follow her. Her present body is not her original species. She and Big Tina were bears before a Scolopendra event altered them into dinosaurs, leaving a family relationship beneath radically different forms. Kiwi approaches Mongo with a group of female dinosaurs. Their mating becomes a source of embarrassment and comedy for Donut, who frames Mongo as innocent. Kiwi initially remains red-tagged to Carl even when other dinosaurs become neutral, showing that relationship and targeting states do not change at the same time. Kiwi gradually responds to Donut's direction and travels with Mongo through the Hunting Grounds. The pair climb trees, patrol around the party, and assist with siege and monster operations. Kiwi and Mongo later kill Vrah during the Butcher's Masquerade while Donut helps defeat Vrah's mother. Kiwi is the mother of Big Tina, a giant allosaurus who still wants to dance. Kiwi helps keep Tina near the allied group and brings the family into the high elf castle before its transfer to the Ninth Floor. Their bond gives the dinosaur quest a personal rather than purely bestiary structure. Kiwi, Mongo, and their children remain part of the awakened NPC and pet community through Faction Wars. The babies are ultimately removed with the disappearing NPC population and expected to reappear around the Twelfth Floor. Kiwi is not confirmed dead and functions as alive but outside the immediate Tenth Floor playing field.
