Forkith is an Urgyle former crawler, Sapper, twentieth author of the Dungeon Anarchist's Cookbook, and member of the long-running resistance. He reaches at least the Eleventh Floor in his crawl and is alive in Sheol when Louis, Britney, and Chris arrive after the Tenth Floor. Urgyles are small, winged, demon-like beings. Forkith retains his birth race during race selection and chooses the Sapper class. The combination suggests trap, explosive, and engineering expertise, although the surviving notes do not provide a complete skill list. Carl identifies a strong similarity between Forkith's methods and his own despite their radically different bodies and origins. Chris begins transforming into a werewolf, and the group incapacitates him rather than allowing the change to kill everyone. Forkith says that many people have worked for a long time and are almost ready to make their move. The statement positions him inside a coordinated campaign extending beyond Carl's immediate knowledge. His exact command rank and full objective remain undisclosed. He is alive at the latest confirmed appearance and active in Sheol.
