The Borant announcement voice is the disembodied female administrative voice heard in patch notes, floor notices, bounty updates, sponsorship announcements, and press-room messages. Carl associates the role with the repeated phrase “kill, kill, kill.” The voice is distinct from the System AI and from the orange, four-eyed recap announcer, while its exact relationship to Cascadia varies by appearance. The administrative voice delivers official information needed to operate the Earth season: schedule changes, episode results, floor transitions, rule patches, bounties, sponsor developments, and publicity instructions. Its polished delivery turns mass death and production failures into routine program administration. The closing command becomes a recognizable catchphrase and a symbol of Borant's desired tone. Carl initially identifies the unseen speaker through that phrase. Cascadia later delivers it directly, and Zev is forced to repeat it when Cascadia cannot or will not perform, showing that the slogan belongs to the production role as much as to one throat. Some announcements are explicitly identified as Cascadia's, especially after she becomes a visible showrunner. Earlier or generic female notices are not always individually attributed. It is therefore unsafe to state that every Borant announcement was personally voiced live by Cascadia. The System AI announces achievements, items, and floor mechanics in its own style and may seize other speakers. The Dungeon Crawler World announcer is an orange, four-eyed lizardlike recap host. Odette, Chaco, Damien, and Zev also make broadcasts. Similar access to the loudspeaker does not merge these identities. By Book 8, announcements expose Cascadia's breakdown, the AI's coercion, and Zev's fear. Bubbling breathing noise sometimes identifies a kua-tin speaker. The administrative role continues even when personnel change or resist, illustrating how the show preserves its official voice while consuming the individuals assigned to it.
